Three duets

Choreography Three Duets is a part of an evening called Pražský komorní balet a hosté (Prague Chamber Ballet and guests).

The production Pražský komorní balet a hosté consists of three separate pieces. Pražský komorní balet (Prague Chamber Ballet) presents its new choreography by Hana Turečková called Mono No Aware. The DekkaDancers Company performs its successful title Nevyřčené ticho (Unsaid Silence) by Tomáš Rychetský on music by Leoš Janáček. Tri Duetá (Three Duets) is the last choreography of the evening. It is  inspired by the work of Polish music composer Frédérick Chopin, is danced by the Balet Bratislava Company.

Melody and flow of Chopin´s music became the basis for three purely physical compositions by Balet Bratislava´s artistic director Mário Radačovský. Duets differ from each other by its forms, dynamics and emotions. Music enhances the intimacy of the physical contact between a man and a woman which creates the nature of tension of the duets.
